The land snail Theba pisana, is one of the most injurious snails, as it feeds on field crops. The traditional control methods rely on the pesticides, however due to the high cost side to side the hazards effect demand to alternative bio-control methods. So this study aimed to evaluate the effect of pesticide Biomajic (Metarizhium anisoplae) and the recommended molluscicide Agrinate 24% methomyl were tested on T. pisana land snail. The exposure of T. pisana adult to sub lethal dose of Biomajic (Metarizhium anisoplae) and Agrinate caused varying degrees of ulturastrcture and histopathological changes in the examined organs. The most deleterious effect have been observed in cerebral ganglia, eyes and eye stalk. The exposure to both pesticide and molluscicide leads to loss of the normal architecture of eye and eye stalk while, both of them are neurotoxic compound and displayed multiple degenerative changes in cereberal gangalia of the snail. In sum, molluscicide Agrinate 24% methomyl was the more effective mollscicide against T. pisana .
