Psoriasis has been linked to cardiovascular disease, however the significance of this association is unclear. Objectives: Growth Differentiation Factor-15 (GDF-15) is being studied for its potential function in psoriasis. Data Sources: By searching and reviewing Medline databases (Pub Med and Medscape) and the role of GDF-15 in psoriasis available till 2022. Study Selection: The quality of each study was evaluated separately before inclusion. If they met any of the following criteria, we considered them for inclusion: 1.
