هدف الورقة البحثية:
هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى تعرف الأسس النظرية للروضة الدامجة كأحد أهم المستجدات التربوية المؤثرة علي منظومة رياض الأطفال من حيث مفهومها، أهميتها، خصائصها، متطلبات تحقيقها، معوقات تطبيقها، وذلك في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي، إلى جانب استكشاف الواقع الحالي للروضات المصرية، ووضع تصور مقترح لروضة دامجة في ضوء التحول الرقمي التكنولوجي للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتناولت مفهوم الروضة الدامجة، ومتطلباتها، والأسس النظرية للتحول الرقمي لطفل الروضة، تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي كونه الأكثر ملائمة ومناسبة لموضوع الورقة البحثية وطبيعتها، وأداته الاستبانة للتعرف على توافر معايير الروضة الدامجة في رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الوادي الجديد في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي وتوصلت النتائج إلي قصور الروضات بمحافظة الوادي الجديد في تحقيق متطلبات الروضة الدامجة ووجود تحديات تواجه الروضات الحالية مصر من ناحية (البنية التحتية، الإمكانات التكنولوجية، وأمن المعلومات، والبنية البشرية ذاتها)، وأهمية التحول من التعلم التقليدي إلي التعلم الرقمي الدامج برياض الأطفال، مع إدخال المستحدثات التكنولوجية الرقمية وتوظيفها في الروضات الدامجة لتحسين الواقع الحالي للروضات المصرية ومسايرة الاتجاه العالمي نحو التحول للتعليم الرقمي بمرحلة رياض الأطفال، وقدمت الورقة بعض المقترحات والتوصيات لنجاح الدمج في رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي.
Objective of the research paper:
The research paper aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of the inclusive kindergarten as one of the most important educational developments affecting the kindergarten system in terms of its concept, importance, characteristics, requirements for its achievement, obstacles to its application, in light of the requirements of digital transformation, in addition to exploring the current reality of Egyptian kindergartens, and developing a proposed vision for an inclusive kindergarten in light of the technological digital transformation for children with special needs, and dealt with the concept of inclusive kindergarten, its requirements, and the theoretical foundations of the digital transformation of the kindergarten child, the descriptive approach was used as the most appropriate and appropriate The results reached the shortcomings of kindergartens in New Valley Governorate in achieving the requirements of the inclusive kindergarten and the existence of challenges facing the current kindergartens Egypt on the one hand (infrastructure, technological capabilities, information security, and the human structure itself), and the importance of switching from traditional learning to inclusive digital learning in kindergartens, with the introduction of digital technological innovations and their employment in Inclusive kindergartens to improve the current reality of Egyptian kindergartens and keep pace with the global trend towards the transformation of digital education in the kindergarten stage, and the paper presented some proposals and recommendations for the success of integration in kindergartens in light of the requirements of the digital age.
