يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر للأسلوب المعرفي (الاندفاع/ التروي) علي الكمالية لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى (الارتباطي)؛ لمناسبته لموضوع الدراسة الحالية وبلغت عينة البحث (300) معلمة رياض أطفال. تم تصنيف المعلمات عينة الدراسة وفقا للأسلوب المعرفي (الإندفاع/ التروي بواسطة اختبار تزاوج الأشكال المألوفة (اعداد حمدي علي الفرماوي) إلي مترويين وبلغ عددهم (140) ومندفعين وعددهم (44). كما تم بناء لقياس الكمالية لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الأسلوب المعرفي الاندفاع/التروي له أثر ايجابي في الكمالية لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال، حيث يوجد فروق بين المندفعات والمترويات من معلمات رياض الأطفال في أبعاد الكمالية (المعايير الشخصية المرتفعة للأداء، الحرص علي التميز والإستحسان، قلق الأخطأ، نقد الذات) والدرجة الكلية للكمالية لصالح المترويات. The research aims to know the effect of cognitive style (Impulsiveness/Reflectiveness) on perfectionism in kindergarten female teachers. The researchers used the descriptive (correlational) method; as it is appropriate for the subject of the current study. The research sample amounted to (300) kindergarten female teachers. The study sample teachers were classified according to the cognitive style (impulsive/Reflective) by using the familiar shapes pairing test (prepared by Hamdi Al-Farmawi) into reflective ones, whose number was (140) and impulsive ones, whose number was (44). A measurement of perfectionism among kindergarten female teachers was also constructed. The results of the study showed that the cognitive style impulsive/deliberate has a positive effect on perfectionism among kindergarten teachers. There are differences between impulsive/ reflective kindergarten female teachers in the dimensions of perfectionism (high personal standards for performance, keenness on excellence and approval, anxiety about mistakes, self-criticism) and the total degree of perfectionism in favor of reflective ones
