Abstract

A big challenge facing Egypt and other developing countries, it is the spread of much environmental violations. They cause the backwardness, disruption and the lateness of nations.

Due to the difficulty and hardness of reporting it, and more importantly following-up of solving such violations by the citizen leads to the difficulty of overcoming such violations.

A computer application has been developed, referred to as Violations, to overcome such problem, which allows the reporting the violation a to the responsible governmental agency to resolve such problem. The reporting, and the following-up such violations is done traditionally which is an impractical way and is difficult to be implemented by citizen, and time consuming. That is why there is a big need to use today's technology to facilitate the follow-up process and to speed up such follow-up process.

This paper introduces a proposed system, using AI technology, to ensure an optimized way to easily, simply, rapidly, and efficiently report any violation to the responsible governmental agency, to solve such violation.

The AI using image processing technology execute the follow-up process in such a way that these processes can be done without the reporter intervention as the case in the current system, while it is done precisely, fast, rapidly, and easily.

We state a future work, that propose to link between the above proposed system, using image processing, and chatbots by allowing the whole process of designation, issuing, reporting comparing and finally following-up by the cooperation and coexistence of the image processing and chatbot.
