ترکزت أهداف الدراسة الحالية في تحديد معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالکتروني وتحديد ادوار الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية ، کما سعت الدراسة الحالية للإجابة عن تساؤلين هما ما معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالکتروني وما ادوار الممارس العام في مواجهة تلک المعوقات، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينه لطلاب المدراس الثانوية بمحافظة أسيوط وطبقت الدراسة علي عينة بلغ عددها (86) مفرده وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان مطبقة علي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ، وتوصلت الدراسة الي مجموعه من النتائج واهمها ايجاد حلول لمعوقات تطبيق التعليم الالکتروني،

Abstract : The objectives of the current study focused on identifying the obstacles to the application of e-learning and determining the roles of general practice in social . A sample social work survey approach for secondary school students in Assiut Governorate.
The study was applied to a sample of (86) individuals. A questionnaire was used for secondary school students in the period from 4/10/2022 to 18/5/2022. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are Finding solutions to the obstacles to the application of e-learning, and the presence of an average relative strength for the roles of the social worker in reducing these obstacles. The study recommended the need to focus and expand school programs and discussions to confront these obstacles .
