هدفت الدراسة الحالية لبحث علاج آثار الانتكاسة لإدمان المخدرات لدى عينة من المعتمدين على الكبتاجون. وذلك من خلال استخدام برنامج ماتريكس وتطبيقه لفنية الدافعية كأسلوب معرفي سلوكي يساعد في الوقاية من الانتكاسة للاعتماد على الكبتاجون. كما هدفت الدراسة أيضا لبحث مدى فعالية برنامج ماتريكس في علاج الانتكاسة من الاعتماد على الكبتاجون لدى عينة من السعوديين المعتمدين على الكبتاجون.
فقد أشارت إحصائية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية أن عدد المتعاطين للمخدرات في العالم عام 2005 بلغ مليونا، وازدادت في العام 2013 لتصبح حوالي مليون، حيث يموت منهم حوالي 200 ألف ويمرض حوالي 15 مليون سنويا.
The current study aimed to investigate the treatment of relapse effects of drug addiction in a sample of Captagon dependents. This is done through the use of the Matrix program and its application of the technique of motivation as a cognitive-behavioral method that helps prevent relapse to dependence on Captagon. The study also aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Matrix program in treating relapse from Captagon dependence in a sample of Saudis who depend on Captagon.
Statistics of the World Health Organization indicated that the number of drug users in the world in 2005 reached one million, and increased in 2013 to become about one million, as about 200,000 of them die and about 15 million get sick annually.
