تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم التنمية والتنمية المستحدثة وما المقصود منها، والتعرف على تطبيقات التنمية المستحدثة والمشروعات التى تقوم بها الجمعية محل الدراسة، ومدى كفاءة هذه المشروعات فى تنمية المجتمع. واستخدم الباحث منهج دراسة الحالة، وقام باختيار حالات الدراسة بالطريقة العمدية، وكانت العينة مكونة من عشرين (20) حالة من الحالات المستفيدة من القروض من مشروعات الجمعية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن جمعية مصر الخير تسهم فى تنمية المجتمع والارتقاء بالأفراد المستفيدين والمترددين على الجمعية، وهو ما يتوافق مع أهداف الدراسة، كما أن المشروعات التى تقدمها الجمعية محل الدراسة تعد جديدة على المجتمع، وهو ما يشير إلى أن الجمعية تحقق وبشكل فعال مفهوم التنمية المستحدثة التى تهدف إليه الدراسة.
The study aims to identify the history of civil work in Egypt and what is the relationship between the state and NGOs, and identify the concept of development, And the Innovative Development, and identifying the development applications and projects carried out by the association under study, the study used the case study method. The study reached several results, including: that the Misr El-Kheir Association contributes to the development of society and the upgrading of the beneficiaries and frequenters of the association, and the projects presented by the association under study are new to the community, which indicates that the association effectively achieves the concept of innovative development for which the study is intended
