تسعى الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للمواطنة الرقمية، أهمية وخصائص المواطنة الرقمية، معرفة أهم محاور وأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية الواجب تنميتها، الكشف عن العلاقة بين مؤشرات المواطنة الرقمية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات (السن –نوع الجنس –مستوى المعرفة والمهارة في التعامل مع الإنترنت- المستوى التعليمي)، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (451) مواطن من مواطنين المقيمين بمدينة المنصورة
The current study seeks to identify the conceptual framework of digital citizenship, the importance and characteristics of digital citizenship, identify the most important axes and dimensions of digital citizenship that must be developed, reveal the relationship between indicators of digital citizenship and their relationship to some variables (age - gender - level of knowledge and skill in dealing with the Internet - educational level), and in order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool as a tool for data collection, and it was applied to a sample of (451) citizens residing in Mansoura, and it became clear from the results of the field study that the characteristics of digital citizenship
