المستخلص هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع دور جامعة المنصورة في تأهيل طلابها للوظائف المستقبلية على ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي من خلال عرض الإطار المفاهيمي لكلًا من الثورة الصناعية والوظائف المستقبلية للجامعات ومحاولة الانتهاء بتصور مقترح لدور الجامعات في تحقيق متطلبات الوظائف المستقبلية لسوق العمل في ضوء أهداف الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، كما أوصت الدراسة بالآتي: تحديث المناهج التعليمية والبرامج الدراسية بانتظام لتعكس أحدث التطورات في مجال التكنولوجيا والصناعة، بناء شراكات وتعاون مع الصناعة والشركات لضمان توافق البرامج التعليمية مع احتياجات سوق العمل وتوفير فرص التدريب العملي للطلاب، تعزيز المهارات الناعمة بالإضافة إلى المهارات التقنية، مثل التفكير النقدي، حل المشكلات، التواصل الفعال، القيادة. Abstract The current research aims to identify the reality of the role of Mansoura role of Mansoura University in qualifying its students for future jobs in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
