مستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى توفر التمكين الإدارى لدى معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت،  وتحقيقًا لأهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي، قام بإعداد استبانة طبقت على عينة قومها  (192) معلمًا من مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الفروانية بدولة الكويت، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع  تحقيق التمكين الإدارى لدى المعلمين حيث أتت بصورة مرتفعة جدًا في ابعاد(الأستقلالية، والاتصال وتدفق المعلومات، والمسئولية، والنمو المهني) ، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الدراسة في متغيرالوظيفة، والدرجة العلمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة أحصائية مرتبطة بسنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة الأقل، وخرحت الدراسة بتقديم تصور لتفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية لتحقيق التمكين الإداري لدى معلمي مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة  الكويت وفقًا لنتائج الدراسة وبناء على المتطلبات التي خرجت بها الدراسة. كلمات مفتاحية: المرحلة المتوسطة- التمكين الإداري Abstract The study aimed to identify the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment among middle school teachers in the State of Kuwait. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach and prepared a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (192) teachers from middle schools in the Farwaniya Governorate in the State of Kuwait. The results of the study showed a high level of administrative empowerment among teachers in the dimensions of (independence, communication and information flow, responsibility, and professional growth). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample in the variable of job, academic qualification, and the existence of statistically significant differences related to years of experience in favor of less experience years. The study concluded by presenting a vision for activating the role of school administration in middle schools in the State of Kuwait in order to achieve administrative empowerment for teachers according to the results of the study and based on the requirements that emerged from the study Keywords: Middle school -  Administrative empowerment
