ملخص البحث: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تفعيل دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي لدي طالبات كلية الطفولة المبكرة بجامعة المنصورة . وتحقيقًا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (421) من طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: إجمالي واقع دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جاءت جميعها بدرجة تحقق "كبيرة "؛ وقد جاءت  الأبعاد علي الترتيب (البُعد العلاقاتي , البعُد الهيكلي , البعُد المعرفي (الإدراكي ) وجاءت جميعها بدرجة تحقق "كبيرة . وأوصي البحث بالعديد من التوصيات، منها: تحديد الاجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ الأنشطة التي تعزز من تطبيق رأس المال الاجتماعي في الجامعة , وأيضًا وضع خطط استراتيجية لتحديد الموارد المالية والبشرية اللازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة  تعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي . Abstract : The research aimed to reveal the requirements for activating the role of student activities in enhancing social capital among female students of the Faculty of Early Childhood at Mansoura University. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach and relied on a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (421) female students at the College of Early Childhood Education. The research reached many results, the most important of which are: The overall reality of the role of student activities in enhancing social capital at the College of Early Childhood Education was all achieved with a degree of “large"; The dimensions came in order (the relational dimension, the structural dimension, and the cognitive dimension), and all of them achieved a degree of "large. The research recommended many recommendations, including : Determine the necessary procedures to implement activities that enhance the application of social capital at the university, and also develop strategic plans to determine the financial and human resources necessary to implement social capital activities
