الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية لمهارات التحول الرقمي اللازمة للقيام بمهامهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي مع الاعتماد على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (124) من القادة الأكاديميين، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على مهارات التحول الرقمي اللازمة للقيادات الأكاديمية ببعض الجامعات السعودية جاءت مرتفعة، وأن مستوى تمكن القيادات الأكاديمية من هذه المهارات جاء متوسطاً، كما أشارت النتائج لعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع أو الوظيفة القيادية، بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجاباتهم تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح الأستاذ مقابل الأستاذ المشارك والأستاذ المساعد.

Digital Transformation Skills Required for Academic Leadership in Some Saudi Universities and Their Proficiency: A Field Study
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to identify the digital transformation skills necessary for academic leaders in some Saudi universities and assess their proficiency in these skills. The study employed a descriptive approach using a questionnaire for data collection, which was administered to a sample of 124 academic leaders. The results indicated a high agreement among the study sample regarding the digital transformation skills required for academic leadership in some Saudi universities. However, the proficiency level of academic leaders in these skills was found to be average. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences in the study sample's responses attributed to gender or leadership position. On the other hand, statistically significant differences were found in their responses attributed to the academic degree, favoring professors over associate professors and assistant professors.
