المستخلص هدف هذا البحث إلى علاج التأخر الكتابي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي من خلال برنامج تفاعلي مقترح قائم على معايير الإتاحة العالمية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بدراسة نظرية لما جاء في البحوث والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث ثم أعدت قائمة بالمهارات اللازمة للمتأخرين كتابيا من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي واختبارا لقياس الأداء الكتابي للتلاميذ في هذه المهارات، وبرنامجا مستندا إلى معايير الإتاحة العالمية، ودليل معلم، طبقت جميعها في هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من خمسة وعشرين تلميذا بالصف الثالث الابتدائي في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2022م-2023م)، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التفاعلي المقترح في علاج التأخر الكتابي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي. وفي النهاية قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات المرتبطة بنتائجه. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج، معايير الإتاحة العالمية، علاج التأخر الكتابي، تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. Abstract: The aim of the current research Was to treat the writing Under Achievers Of  the third grade of primary school, through an interactive program based on Universal accessibility standards To achieve this aims, the researcher conducted a theoretical study of what was stated in previous research and studies related to the subject of the research, then prepared a list of the necessary skills for late-grading students in writing. Third primary school and a test to measure students' written performance in these skills. The research sample consisted of twenty-five students in the third grade of primary school in the second semester of the academic year (2022-2023 AD). The results showed the effectiveness of the proposed interactive program in treating written delay among third-year primary school students. In the end, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals related to its results..
