المستخلص استهدفت الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور تخطيط التعليم في النهوض بمخرجات نظام التعليم العالي الكويتي لمواكبة سوق العمل حيث يشير الواقع- وبناء على دراسة سابقة للباحث- إلى وجود كثير من الخلل المرتبط بكفاءة ومهارات الخريجين للإنخراط في سوق العمل الكويتي، وقد يرجع هذا إلى كثير من العوامل إلا أن الدراسة الحالية ترجع ذلك لخلل في عملية التخطيط التعليمي استناداً إلى النمو المتسارع في الاقتصاد وآليات العمل والإنتاج مقابل الجمود في أنظمة التعليم والتدريب، وضعف أو غياب ثقافة العمل والإنتاج بين أوساط المواطنين، وجمود التشريعات وعدم مواكبتها للنمو الانفتاح الاقتصادي الذي فرض ويفرض نفسه على الأسواق العربية تحديداً. بناءً على بعض المظاهر ؛ وقد حاولت الدراسة تحليل الأسس النظرية التي يستند إليها التخطيط التعليمي لمواكبة الخريج لسوق العمل، ومعرفة التحديات التي تواجه التخطيط التعليمي في الكويت، فضلاً عن تحليل خبرات بعض الدول المقدمة في مجال ربط التعليم باحتياجات سوق العمل مثل إنجلترا وكوريا الجنوبية في ضوء ذلك تم وضع تصور مقترح وعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والأكاديميين في دولة الكويت وذلك للنهوض بمواكبة الخريجيين من التعليم العالي الكويتي لسوق العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطيط التعليمي- مخرجات التعليم العالي – متطلبات سوق العمل الكويتي. Abstract Suggestion for activation the role of educational planning in reducing the gap between the outputs of higher education and the requirements of the Kuwaiti labor market The study aimed to develop a proposed vision to activate the role of education planning in advancing the outputs of the Kuwaiti higher education system to keep pace with the labor market. The defect may be due to many factors. But The current study attributes this to a defect in the educational planning process itself based on some aspects; The study attempted to analyze the theoretical foundations on which educational planning is based to keep the graduates in line with the labor market, and to identify the challenges facing educational planning in Kuwait, as well as analyzing the experiences of some countries in the field of linking education to the needs of the labor market such as England and South Korea. In light of this, A proposal has been submitted and presented to a group of experts and academics in the State of Kuwait, in order to promote the support of graduates from Kuwaiti higher education to the labor market. key words :Educational planning - Higher education outcomes - Kuwaiti labor market requirements.
