ملخص البحث دور الصناعات المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر فى علاج مشكلة البطالة موضوع هذا البحث دراسة لدور الصناعات المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر فى علاج مشكلة البطالة فى مصر. وترجع أهمية البحث الى خصائص ومزايا الصناعات الصغيرة وقدرتها على استيعاب العمالة المتدفقة سنويا لسوق العمل والمساهمة بفعالية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. تتكون الدراسة من ثلاثة مباحث: فى المبحث الأول نعرض مفاهيم أساسية حول مشكلات السكان والبطالة فى مصر، فنشرح مفاهيم تصنيف العمالة وقياس البطالة، وأنواع البطالة، ثم ندرس أسباب وآثار مشكلة البطالة فى مصر. وفى المبحث الثانى ندرس دور الصناعات  المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر فى علاج مشكلة البطالة، فنشرح مفهوم الصناعات الصغيرة وخصائصها، ودور هذه الصناعات فى التنميه المستدامة، ونعرض لتجارب بعض الدول فى مجال تدعيم المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر. وفى المبحث الثالث نقوم بدراسة ونقد التجربة المصرية فى تشجيع الصناعات الصغيرة وعلاج مشكلة البطالة، فنعرض جهود الدولة فى تشجيع انشاء وتطوير الصناعات المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر، ودور الجهاز المصرفى والصندوق الاجتماعى للتنمية وشركة ضمان مخاطر الائتمان فى دعم المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر.         Prof. Dr. Salah Zeineldin Dr. rer. Faculty of law – Tanta university, Egypt The role of middle, small and micro industries for solution the problem of unemployment   Abstract This study is dealing with the role of middle, small and micro industries in solution of the unemployment problem in Egypt. The importance of the study due to characteristics and advantages of the middle, small and micro industries, which are effective for absorption of new employments and realizing the sustainable development. The study is divided into three chapters as following: The first chapter is dealing with a presentation for some principal concepts of population and unemployment in Egypt. We explain labor categories and measures and calcifications of unemployment. We study also causes and impacts of the problem of unemployment in Egypt. The second chapter is analyzing the role of middle, small and micro industries in solution of unemployment problem in Egypt. We explain concepts and characteristics of middle, small and micro industries and the role of these industries in achieving the sustainable development. We perform useful experiences in some leading countries.     The third chapter is presenting some efforts of the Egyptian state and         financial institutions in promotion of the middle, small and micro     industries.
