The research mainly aimed to identify the role of the technological Center for Citizen Service in Al-Badrasheen district in Giza Governorate, by achieving the following sub-objectives: Determining knowledge degree of respondents about the center Services, the performance degree of its services, the benefit degree of respondents from these services, the satisfaction degree with these services, and the most important obstacles facing the technological center to serve citizens. This research was conducted on 390 respondents; 375 rural people benefiting from the services of the technology center, and 15 employees of the technology center. Field data was collected during February and March 2023 by two questionnaires. After that, data have been discharged and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The most important findings of the study were as follows: The highest percentage of respondents falls in the medium level knowledge category. The highest percentage of respondents falls in the medium level of performance category. The highest percentage of respondents falls in the medium level of benefit category. The highest percentage of respondents falls in the medium level of satisfaction category. There is a negative relationship between both respondents' age, number of family members, and monthly income, and the respondents' benefit degree from the services of the technological center. Among the most important obstacles facing the technological center to serve citizens from the respondents' point of view are: low awareness of the center's various services, frequent system errors. While the most important obstacles facing the technological center to serve citizens from the point of view of the center's employees are: the large number of technical problems, and the lack of accurate and integrated databases.
