هدف البحث الراهن إلى الكشف عن فعالية استخدام فنيات العلاج بالمعنى في تخفيف حدة الوساوس القهرية لدى عينة من الشباب بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتألفت عينة .البحث من (20) مشاركًا من الشباب المترددين على مركز الخدمات الطبية الملكية الأردنية وجميعهم يعانون من الوساوس القهرية، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين ( 25- 30) وانحراف معياري قدره (1,75)، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعة تجريبية مؤلفة من (10) من الشباب نصفهم من الذكور والنصف الأخر من الاناث، ومجموعة ضابطة مؤلفة من (10)  مشاركًا، واستعانت هذه .البحث بالمنهج شبه التجريبي الذي يقوم على مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة، وقياسات متعددة: قياس قبلي وقياس بعدي ثم قياس تتبعي، وتألفت أدوات .البحث من برنامج قائم على استخدام فنيات العلاج بالمعنى ومقياس ييل- براون للوسواسي القهري، وأشار التحليل الإحصائي لنتائج .البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات شباب المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الوساوس القهرية لصالح القياس البعدي في الاتجاه الإيجابي (بمعنى تخفيف حدة الوساوس القهرية). ووجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01)  بين متوسطي رتب درجات شباب المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس الوساوس القهرية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0,01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات شباب المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الوساوس القهرية، وأوصت .البحث بالاستعانة بالعلاج بالمعنى لمعالجة مشكلات الشباب النفسية. The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of using logotherapy techniques in alleviating the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder among a sample of young people in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study sample consisted of (20) young participants who frequented the Royal Jordanian Medical Services Center, all of whom suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder, and their ages range between (25-30) They were divided into an experimental group consisting of (10) young people, half of them were male and the other half were female, and a control group composed of (10) participants. This study used the quasi-experimental approach, which is based on two groups, an experimental group and a control group, The study used a program based on logo therapy techniques and the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale. The statistical analysis of the study results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the group's youth. Experimental analysis of the pre- and post-measurements on the obsessive-compulsive disorder scale in favor of the post-measurement in the positive direction (alleviating the severity of the obsessive-compulsive disorder). There were statistically significant differences between the mean ranks the youth of the experimental group and the control group in the post-measurement on the obsessive-compulsive disorder scale in favor of the experimental group, and there were no statistically significant differences between the average mean ranks of the youth in the experimental group in the post-measurement. The study recommended the use of logotherapy to treat young people's psychological problems.
