摘要：随着信息技术的迅速发展，最近几年分别出现那所谓机器翻译和计算机辅助翻译，目的是为了改进译文的质量、增加翻译产量、节省时间，使翻译产业从“纸笔时代"走向“信息化时代"的道路。本论文主要阐述机器翻译对汉阿技术、非技术译文质量的影响，使用应用法、分析法进行研究。本论文解释，虽然谷歌翻译能适合于汉阿技术翻译，机器翻译在技术译文上采用翻译技巧，保持译文的表达风格，在技术术语的处理上不会出现术语翻译错误，但仍然需要译者对机器译文进行一些修改、调整，以保证机器技术译文的正确性。本论文还阐述谷歌翻译完全不适用于汉阿非技术翻译，比如谷歌对文学作品翻译（古代散文、当代散文、报告文学）进行翻译时，不会表达原文的文化特色，在词义、语篇、语体上肯定出现很多翻译问题，因此人工翻译对汉阿非技术翻译发挥无法替代的作用，人工翻译的准确性仍然大于谷歌翻译。 Abstract: In recent years, the machine translation and computer-assisted translation appeared with the rapid development of information technology, in order to improve the quality of translation, increase its productivity, and shorten the time. In this way ,  the translation moved from the paper-based era to the informatics era. The research  mainly aims to explain the impact of machine translation on the quality of translation of Chinese Arabic technical and non-technical text,   used the applied and analytical method . The research explains that Google translation can be used in technical translation from Chinese to Arabic , as it uses translation skills while translating the technical text and maintains the style of the translated text ,the problem when dealing with technical terms does not appear , but this  machine-translated technical text still needs the translator to make some modifications to it, to ensure the  correct of the automatically translated technical text. The research also explains that Google translation cannot be used to translate non-technical texts from Chinese to Arabic  , for example, when Google translate the literary texts(such as ancient prose ,modern prose , and reporting literature),  it cannot express the literary characteristics of the original text,  the machine translation problems appear at the word meaning ,textand context , so the human translation is indispensable,  and is still superior to Google translation when it translate non- technical texts from Chinese to Arabic  .
