Abstract

The Fintech Revolution is reshaping the financial Life rapidly, driven by the increased adoption of information technologies by financial institutions. Over the past few years, Fin-Tech has emerged as a potent force, Disturbing, and transforming financial services on a global scale. FINTECH (Financial Technology) industry has grown to become one of the most influential sectors, garnering support from decision-makers worldwide.
However, the Weakness and absence of comprehensive rules, policies, and integration mechanisms has led to significant financial and economic risks as Clarified on appendices. Many Fintech startup companies, specializing in lending “BNPL," have encountered issues such as fraud cases, high-interest rates, unclear customer limits, financial crises resulting from delinquent customers, and an increase in cash flows that could potentially lead to higher inflation rates. Additionally, lending from fintech Companies depending on Daily Reporting files “ISCORE," Which is not Updatable leading to daily crises which will be detailed through thesis.
This scenario has created a substantial gap between the operations of Fintech companies and the roles played by central banks in safeguarding a country's economy.
“It is time to Integrate Banks and fin-tech Services under Central Banks Umbrella for better serve and reinforce Financial Process and Economic Status" challenging will Appear Based on this question, An Approach of Instant Systematic Conceptual Framework to enhance and strengthen the reliability of integrity Between Fintech Companies and Central Banks is Proposed in this thesis.
