The researchers designed a questionnaire to investigate the effect of information systems on building a strong culture and the impact of a strong culture on the transformation of traditional organizations into learning organizations. The recommendations of the study include the implementation of practices that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of using information systems, building updated databases, emphasizing the importance of information systems in business organizations, and utilizing modern technology to transfer ideas within learning organizations.
