Contemporary Chinese literature, especially novels, there are many novels involving this period. This book presents us with many models of teenagers with different psychology and mentality, which helps society understand the nature of teenagers. I have chosen this stage in particular because it is the most difficult period of childhood and human development because it involves physical and psychological changes. This article explores the concept of children's literature, its stages, importance and forms of expression. Subsequently, the researcher conducted an analysis and study of Cao Wenxuan's novel "Thatched Cottage". Through the analysis of different youth models appearing in the novel, the importance of children's literary novels and their impact on readers of this age were presented. .
