هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على دور المعرفة في تعزيز وتحسين الذكاء الاستراتيجي من حيث (الاستشراف، التفكير المنظم، الرؤية الاستراتيجية، الشراكة، الدافعية والحدس) وعلاقة ذلك بالقدرة الإبداعية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنه الوصفي لتحليل متغيرات البحث والتوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: أن المعرفة من أهم الاستراتيجيات الإدارية التي تسهم في التطوير والتغيير، كما أن الذكاء الاستراتيجي يعتمد على الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد البشرية، وبالتالي فللمعرفة دور فعال في تحسين الذكاء الاستراتيجي بجميع مكوناته، وختم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بالقدرات الإبداعية وإعطاؤها بعدا استراتيجيا للتحفيز على توليد الأفكار الإبداعية وتقليل القيود التقليدية من اجل تعزيز القدرات الإبداعية.
The research aimed to identify the role of knowledge in promoting and improving strategic intelligence in terms of (foreseeing, organized thinking, strategic vision, partnership, motivation and intuition) and its relationship to creative ability. The researcher used the descriptive method to analyze the research variables and reach a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: One of the most important administrative strategies that contribute to development and change, and that strategic intelligence depends on the optimal utilization of human resources, and therefore knowledge has an effective role in improving strategic intelligence in all its components. And reduce traditional constraints in order to enhance creativity.
