هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأداء الإداري بمدارس التعليم الثانوي في مصر على ضوء التطوير التنظيمي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الفكر التربوي المعاصر والتعرف على بعض الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة التي يمكـن توظيفهـا في تطوير الأداء الإداري بمدارس التعليم الثانوي على ضوء التطوير التنظيمي، وأهميـة ودور التطوير التنظيمي في تطوير الأداء الإداري بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي للتحليل النظري؛ وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (407) من المديرين والوكلاء والمعلمين وإخصائي التكنولوجيا بمحافظة الفيوم والجيزة وكفر الشيخ، وقام بإعداد الاستبانة قوامها (23) عبارة وقد أظهرت النتائج اتفاق آراء العينة حول ضرورة وأهمية تطبيق هذه المتطلبات البشرية والمادية والتنظيمية على أرض الواقع لتحقيق ممارسات التطوير التنظيمي بالمدارس الثانوية.
