مستخلص هدفت الدراسة تحويل جامعة بني سويف لجامعة ريادية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، وذلك من خلال التعرف علي الإطار الفلسفي والفكري للجامعة الريادية ، ورؤية مصر 2030 ودور الجامعة في تحقيقها ، بالإضافة إلي متطلبات تحويل جامعة بني سويف لجامعة ريادية ، ووضع تصور لمقترح لتحويل جامعة بني سويف لجامعة ريادية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث أنه ملائم لطبيعتها، كما استخدمت الدراسة استبانة طُبقت علي عينة قوامها (152) عضو هيئة تدريس (أستاذ – أستاذ مساعد) بالكليات النظرية بالجامعة من واقع (248) من إجمالي العينة الكلية، كما تم اختيار (234) عضو هيئة تدريس (أستاذ – أستاذ مساعد) بالكليات العملية بالجامعة من واقع (573) من إجمالي العينة الكلية ، كما تم تحديد بعض المتطلبات لتحويل جامعة بني سويف لجامعة ريادية من خلال قيادة جامعية ريادية ، وثقافة ريادية متكاملة للأفراد ، وموارد بشرية ريادية ، وبحث علمي متميز ، وتعليم وتدريس وتدريب ريادي ، وبيئة جامعية متطورة، وتدويل للريادة ، وتمويل ، كما توصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح يشمل علي فلسفة وركائز ، ومنطلقات وأهداف ومتطلبات ، ومعوقات تنفيذ التصور المقترح وسبل التغلب عليها .  Abstract The aim of this study was to suggest a proposed vision for transforming Beni-Suef University into an entrepreneurial institution in light of Egypt's Vision 2030. This proposal is to be achieved by understanding the philosophical and intellectual framework of entrepreneurial universities, identifying the role of the university in implementing Egypt's Vision 2030, as well as catering for the requirements of transforming Beni-Suef University into an entrepreneurial educational institution. The study employed the descriptive research methodology, which was deemed appropriate for this study, given the thenature of this research. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 152 faculty members (professors and associate professors) randomly drawn from the theoretical faculties (humanities and social sciences), out of a total sample of 248, and 234 faculty members (professors and associate professors) from the applied faculties (applied sciences), out of a total sample of 573. In addition, the study identified several requirements for transforming Beni-Suef University into an entrepreneurial institution, including a vision-based university leadership, a comprehensive entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial human resources, distinguished scientific research, entrepreneurial education, a developed university environment, and internationalization of entrepreneurship and funding. The study proposed a vision that encompassed the philosophy, pillars, objectives, requirements, as well as the obstacles and strategies to overcome them, for transforming Beni-Suef University into an entrepreneurial University in light of Egypt's Vision 2030.
