Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyzing and examine the impact of Servant Leadership on Employee Satisfaction on the petroleum sector in Egypt. Design/methodology/approach: The research sample consisted of 384 employees of oil and gas companies in Egypt. To test the hypotheses of the study, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V26) for both descriptive and inferential statistics, and (Smart PLS 3.2.7) for SEM-PLS modeling to test the significance of the model.
