Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyzing and examine the impact of Servant Leadership on Organizational Commitment on the petroleum sector in Egypt. Design/methodology/approach: The research sample consisted of 384 employees of oil and gas companies in Egypt. To test the hypotheses of the study, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V26) for bo Purpose: This research aims to analyzing and examine the impact of Servant Leadership on Organizational Commitment on the petroleum sector in Egypt. Findings: The results of the research concluded that there is a significant positive effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment.
