Abstract

The technique of dyeing with tie and dye is one of the best techniques that can be applied as a micro-project commensurate with the experience and potential of free graduates, for the possibility of setting up in a small space with simple tools without the need for huge equipment or cumulative experience, while ensuring access to high-quality products with enough flexibility in designs, colors and grades to match the needs of consumers and fashion lines every season.  (Isharb) is considered one of the most suitable pieces that can be targeted to apply such a technique because of its acceptance among consumers and a variety of uses, sizes and shapes with the simplicity of its production processes, which makes it a suitable product for an micro-small project, whether it is sewn in the same place or produced in a production way for others, it will not represent a burden on the entrepreneur or the novice of the project, and it also simple the creation of many suitable designs for such a product according to fashion lines every season and the work of large diverse collections that meet acceptance and positive feedback from consumers, through training entrepreneurs and qualifying them properly to reduce risks before starting the project.  Micro, Small and medium enterprises are the main engine of the country's economy, and are classified as one of the most important mechanisms of strategic orientation to support the productive structure, so any country, whether developing or developed, needs this type of projects to participate in the growth of its economy in all sectors, whether the service or commercial sector, as well as the industrial sector as well. The importance of this type of projects is shown because of its main advantages: it is characterized by its high ability to provide job opportunities, it needs a relatively low capital to start activity in it, it gives an opportunity for on-the-job training to raise abilities and skills, its risk ratio decreases compared to large companies, it contributes to improving productivity and generating and increasing income.  Therefore, it has become necessary to guide young graduates to start working on their own projects and not to link their professional future with waiting for a full time job, especially graduates of Colleges of Applied Arts, during their study periods, they master many techniques and skills through which they can develop ideas for small micro-projects commensurate with their material capabilities and experiences as fresh graduates, while supporting them with some administrative, accounting and Technical his paid-up capital or invested capital, as the case may be, is less than 50 thousand pounds according to the law No. 152 of 2020 by issuing the law on the development of medium, small and micro enterprises, to activate the role of the Enterprise Development Authority established by the prime minister's Decision No. 947 of 2017 and modified by Decision No. 2370 of 2018 .  In this research, we are dealing with a training system for the technique of dyeing in the style of tie and dye, and this technique is one of the best techniques that can be employed to obtain a product that is acceptable to consumers and in line with the color effects of fashion lines, and this technique is done by dyeing cotton fabrics with active dyes taking into account the dyeing method and appropriate auxiliary materials. Cotton fabrics are characterized by helping to absorb sweat and allowing it to evaporate into the air, so it is recommended to wear them in the summer, because of their ability to reduce the growth of bacteria and fungi on the folds of the skin, which reduces the chances of exposure to the unpleasant smell of sweat, and also characterized by its soft texture on the skin, which reduces the chances of skin infections and chemicals are in its composition and lead to skin irritation.  We can produce many products with this technology, perhaps the most suitable is the (Isharb), because of the simplicity of the production stages and its importance for customers, the (Isharb) is used either for the purpose of covering (modesty) as a veil or for decoration as ties and others, the (Isharb) is considered one of the most important types of separate clothing supplements. Clothing complements are the luxuries that are added to improve and beautify the appearance, that is, they are additions or pieces, whether they are cost or accessories that highlight the model more elegant and beautiful, which are influenced by several factors when doing its design, the most important of which are the materials used in the production of the supplement, the function it will perform and the general idea of the supplement model . Separate supplements, supplements and ornaments added from different materials are called “Accessories " where they can be added or removed from clothes, which are additions or pieces that accompany the main garment and work to increase its effect, although they are in themselves secondary and not primary except shoes, where there have been multiple separate clothing supplements since ancient times. As clothing supplements have become a key role in complementing the appearance of women, especially working women who seek elegance, so as to give her more brilliance and highlight the beauty of her clothes, no matter how simple and keep her away from the boredom resulting from using the same clothes repeatedly, fashion experts have excelled in inventing many strange there are many different forms and types of supplements that suit women of all ages. Therefore, attention to the proper and proper use of clothing accessories has a psychological, social and economic impact that deserves attention.
