يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل معايير جودة الأداء والاعتماد السويسرية الصادرة عن منظمة البكالوريا الدولية ( IBO )  لمكتبات المدارس المصرية الدولية ، ومدى مناسبتها لهذه النوعية النموذجية من المكتبات ، وذلك خلال  منهج دراسة الحالة ، ، وذلك تمهيداً لوضع التصور الأمثل لمعايير جودة يمكن تطبيقها في المكتبات لتستطيع الأخيرة أن تنجز بشكل أفضل ، وتوصل البحث نتائج أهمها أن هناك قصور في معايير الجودة في مكتبات تلك المكتبات محل الدراسة ؛ حيث إن جميع المعايير المتبعة معايير نوعية ولا توجد معايير كمية. Abstract: The research aims to study and analyze the Swiss performance and accreditation quality standards issued by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) for Egyptian international school libraries, and their suitability for this typical type of libraries, through the case study approach, in preparation for the development of an optimal perception of quality standards that can be applied in libraries so that they can The latter should be done better, and the research reached results, the most important of which is that there are shortcomings in quality standards in the libraries of those libraries under study; As all the standards followed are qualitative standards and there are no quantitative standards.
