Abstract

Field experiment were carried out at special Farm, Saida city, the center of Dashna, Quna Governorate during two successive winter seasons of 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 on sugar beet (beta vulgaris). Three geneotypes ( were obtained from Sugar Crops Research Institute, Agric., Research Center, Ministry of Agric, Egypt. The experiment included 12 treatments were the combination between four (urea 46.5% N+Cerilaline treatments ( 100 N (control ), 50 N+Cerilaline 600 gm (NS1), 75 N+Cerilaline 600 gm(NS2) and 100 N+Cerilaline 600 gm(NS3)) ber feddan. Recently, there has been a resurgence of interest in bio organic fertilizers as part of sustainable agricultural practices to alleviate drawbacks of intensive farming practices. N-fixing microorganisms are important in plant nutrition increasing N uptake by the plants, and playing a significant role as plant growth-promoting rhizobac-teria in the biofertilization of crops. Experimental design by using a randomised complete block with three replication, sub-plots. All treatments in the present study (inoculation N- fixing bacteria) improved yield and yield components when compared with the untreated controls. Obtained data revealed that inoculation beet seed by 100kgN/fed + 600 gm Cerilaline maximized markedly growth, productivity of sugar beet over the control , data cleared that sugar beet variety SV2241(Nomad Smart) with 100kgN/fed + 600 gm Cerilaline increased root dimension, root and sugar yields ton/fed .
