هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التدريس المتمايز في تنمية مهارات التفكير البصري بمقرر الرياضيات  لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة .واتّبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي بتصميمه الشبه تجريبي، القائم على القياس القبلي والبعدي لأداء مجموعتين متكافئتين، وطبق البحث على عينة عشوائية من طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط بلغ عددها (60) طالبة منهن (30) طالبة في المجموعة التجريبية درسن باستخدام التدريس المتمايز وفق استراتيجيات (أنماط التعلم-المجموعات المرنة ) و(30) طالبة في المجموعة الضابطة درسن بالطريقة  المعتادة، وأخضعت مجموعتي البحث لاختبار التفكير البصري ، قبليا وبعديا . وتم استخدام (اختبار"ت" للمجموعات المرتبطة Paired Samples T.test ) لمقارنة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث تفوق المجموعة التجريبية في المهارات الخمس للتفكير البصري مما يشير للأثر الإيجابي للتدريس المتمايز . This study aimed at investigating the effect of differentiated instruction on the development of visual thinking skills among middle school female students. This experimental study adopted a pretest- posttest quasi-experimental design with two equivalent groups, which was applied on a random sample consisting of (60) second-grade female students at middle school. The students were distributed into two equal groups; an experimental group (30 students) who studied through differentiated instruction g according to the learning styles and flexible groups strategies, and a control group studied through the usual method. Data collection was carried out by means of the visual thinking test that was pre- and post-administrated to the two groups. The paired samples T. test was used to compare the results of the pretests and posttests. The results revealed that the students in the experimental group significantly outperformed their control group counterparts on the five skills of visual thinking, which indicates the positive effect of differentiated instruction.
