The current study aimed to identify the effect of administrative bullying on organizational commitment and job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in the city of Jerusalem. The researcher adopted the quantitative descriptive approach to achieve the study's goals and objectives. The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers affiliated to the Palestinian Directorate of Education in the city of Jerusalem. The study sample included (200) male and female teachers who were chosen by the simple random method. The results showed a statistically significant effect of the behavior of administrative bullying on the organizational commitment of secondary school teachers in the city of Jerusalem, and the results showed a statistically significant effect of the behavior of administrative bullying on the organizational commitment of secondary stage teachers in the city of Jerusalem. In light of the results, the study recommended encouraging workers to be creative and innovative and the need to enhance self-confidence (150).
