   كان الهدف من البحث الحالي التعرف على الضغوط المهنية التي تواجه مدربي كرة القدم وعلاقتها برأس المال النفسي، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، اشتملت  عينة البحث على (80) مدربا ًلكرة القدم بمحافظات جنوب الصعيد كعينة أساسية ، بالإضافة إلى( 30 )مدرباً للدراسة الاستطلاعية ،تضمنت أدوات الدراسة استبيان للضغوط المهنية(من اعداد الباحث) ،واستبيان لرأس المال النفسي(من إعداد الباحث)،تمت المعالجات الإحصائية بواسطة استخدام حزمة Spss،وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود معاملات ارتباط معنوية طردية دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين الضغوط المهنية ورأس المال النفسي لدى مدربي كرة القدم. Abstract:    The study aimed to identify the professional pressures facing football coaches and their relationship to the psychological capital. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample included (80) football coaches from the governorates of South Upper Egypt as a basic sample, in addition to (30) trainers for the exploratory study. The study tools included a questionnaire for the professional pressures (prepared by the researcher himself), and a questionnaire for the psychological capital (prepared by the researcher himself). The statistical treatments were done by using the Spss package. The findings of the study referred to that there are statistically significant direct correlation coefficients at the level (0.05) between the professional pressures and the psychological capital among soccer coaches.
