Egypt. The protected area system in Egypt is geographically divided into five

administrative units: Sinai, Cairo, Western Desert, Red Sea and Upper Egypt.

Currently, 27 protected areas in Egypt cover 148,023 square kilometres, or about

15% of the country's total area. Egypt lacks to preserve the biodiversity of

protected areas an effective and sustainable protected system managed by the

independent nature protection sector that has the financial and administrative

capabilities necessary for effective management.

With the growing recognition of the importance of natural protectorates, not only

in terms of location and extent but also from the scope of broader issues in

understanding their values, threats, management and future. These issues relate

to species and ecosystem conservation, the involvement of indigenous and local

peoples, and the design of nature reserve networks; To global issues dealing with

scope, status, threats and management effectiveness. The purpose of this research

is to study the role of the architect in managing strategies and guidelines for

planning and managing natural protectorates in relation to these and many other

issues, Not only studying their importance to humanity but also examining critical

issues that would determine their suitability and long-term viability and provide

criteria for future assessment of How well we deal with these critical issues and
