يُعد امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية للكفايات المهنية خطوة هامة في تحقيق إصلاح التعليم المصري الذي تسعى اللائحة الموحدة لإعداد المعلم بالنظامين التكاملي والتتابعي لتحقيقه، لذا هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحليل واقع امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الزقازيق للكفايات المهنية في ضوء هذه اللائحة ومعوقات امتلاكهم لها؛ وذلك من أجل وضع تصور مقترح للتطوير المستدام لهذه الكفايات. واقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (52) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين بالكلية. وقد خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج النظرية والميدانية، من أبرزها: إن درجة امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس لهذه الكفايات كانت بشكل عام متوسطة؛ نظرًا لوجود العديد من المعوقات التي توفرت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام للبعد الخاص بالواقع (09,2)، بينما بلغ للبعد الخاص بالمعوقات (53,2). وفى ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث الحالي، تم وضع تصور مقترح للتطوير المستدام لكفاياتهم المهنية في ضوء هذه اللائحة.
The possession of professional competencies by faculty members in education colleges is an important step towards achieving the reform of the Egyptian education system, which the unified regulation for teacher preparation in the integrated and sequential systems seek to accomplish. Therefore, the current research aimed to analyze the reality of faculty members' possession of professional competencies at the College of Education at Zagazig University in light of this regulation and the obstacles they face in possessing them. This is done in order to develop a proposed perception for the sustainable development of these competencies. The nature of this research necessitated the use of the descriptive approach and the utilization of a questionnaire tool that was applied to a sample of (52) faculty members working at the college. The research yielded a set of theoretical and field results, among the most prominent of which are: The overall degree of possession of these competencies by faculty members was generally moderate, due to the presence of numerous obstacles that were highly prevalent. The overall mean for the dimension related to the current reality was (2.09), while it was (2.53) for the dimension related to the obstacles. In light of the results obtained from the current research, a proposed perception for the sustainable development of their professional competencies was developed in accordance with this regulation.
