هدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي والثقة في التعليم الإلكتروني لدى الطلاب/المعلمين بشعب التعليم الصناعي وذلك من خلال استخدام نمطي التجول (الحر، الموجه) في بيئة الصف المعكوس وقياس الفاعلية. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف البحث تم تصميم قائمة بمهارات التدريس الإبداعي وقائمة جوانب الثقة في التعليم الإلكتروني، وفي ضوء ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في مرحلة الدراسة والتحليل، كما استخدمت المنهج شبه التجريبي لتصميم بيئة الصف المعكوس. وتضمنَّت عينة البحث (24) طالبًا/معلمًا من شعب التعليم الصناعي بكلية التربية – جامعة حلوان، مُقسَّمين إلى مجموعتين كل مجموعة (12) طالبًا أحدهما تعرَّضت للتدريس بنمط التجول الحر والأخرى تعرَّضت للتدريس بنمط التجول المُوجَّه، ومن أجل قياس الفاعلية تم تصميم أدوات المعالجة التجريبية وهي: اختبار معرفي للجوانب المعرفية لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداءات التدريسية الإبداعية، ومقياس جوانب الثقة في التعليم الإلكتروني. وتوصَّلت النتائج إلى فاعلية نمطي التجول (الحر- الموجه) لتنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي والثقة في التعليم الإلكتروني، كما أكدَّت النتائج أن نمط التجول المُوجَّه أفضل لتنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي وجوانب الثقة في التعليم الإلكتروني عن نمط التجول الحر. The aim of this research is to enhance creative teaching skills and confidence in E-learning among students and teachers in the Industrial Education Department through the use of two roaming styles (free and directed) in the inverted classroom environment, while also measuring their effectiveness. To achieve this research objective, the researcher designed a list of creative teaching skills and a list of aspects related to confidence in e-learning. The study and analysis stage employed a descriptive approach, while the design of the inverted classroom environment utilized a quasi-experimental method. The research sample consisted of 24 students and teachers from the Industrial Education Department, with 12 participants in each group. One group experienced teaching using the free roaming style, while the other group experienced teaching using the directed roaming style. To measure effectiveness, experimental processing tools were employed, including a cognitive test for assessing the cognitive aspects of creative teaching skills, a creative teaching performance observation card, and a scale for evaluating aspects of confidence in e-learning. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of both free and directed roaming styles in developing creative teaching skills and confidence in e-learning. Furthermore, the findings confirmed that the directed roaming style was superior in fostering creative teaching skills and aspects of confidence in e-learning compared to the free roaming style.
