استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى كل من اتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى والذكاء الناجح والمرونة المعرفية لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة سوهاج. كما استهدفت الدراسة أيضاً معرفة العلاقة بين  كل من الذكاء الناجح والمرونة المعرفية واتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى. كذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إمكانية التنبؤ باتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى من خلال كل من الذكاء الناجح والمرونة المعرفية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من193 )) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة سوهاج. وقد تراوحت أعمار العينة ما بين ( 21-39 years old) بمتوسط عمرى مقداره (24.08) ، وانحراف معيارى مقداره (2.85). وقد طبقت الباحثة أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة فى مقياس اتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى من إعداد هالة كمال الدين حسن مقلد )2020) ، مقياس الذكاء الناجح من إعداد عبد الله الشواورة ، فؤاد طه طالب الطلافحة ( 2017)، ومقياس المرونة المعرفية من اعداد: John P Dennis،  Jillon Vander Wal ( 2010) ، تعريب وتقنين الباحثة.  وتم استخدام المقاييس الإحصائية الآتية: المتوسطات والإنحرافات المعيارية ومعامل الارتباط ، وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد. قد أوضحت النتائج أن مستوى اتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى ومستوى المرونة المعرفية ومستوى الذكاء الناجح جاء متوسط لطلبة الدراسات العليا.  كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين المرونة المعرفية وأبعادها واتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى. كما أوضحت النتائج أيضاً أن هناك علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين الذكاء الناجح وأنواعه واتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى. وقد أشارت نتائج الإنحدار المتعدد أن بعد البدائل المعرفية من أبعاد المرونة المعرفية قد تنبأ تنبؤاً دالاً إحصائياً باتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى، فى حين لم يتنبأ بعد التحكم باتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى. كما أشارت نتائج الإنحدار المتعدد أيضاً أن نوعين فقط من أنواع الذكاء الناجح (الذكاء التحليلى والذكاء العملى) تصلح كمتنبىء لاتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى، أما الذكاء الإبداعى فهو لا يصلح كمتنبئ لاتخاذ القرار الأكاديمى.    The present study examined the level of academic decision-making for post-graduate Students. Also, the study examined the level of Successful Intelligence and Cognitive Flexibility. The study also examined the relationship between academic decision-making and both of successful Intelligence and Cognitive flexibility. In addition, the current study examined the possibility of predicting academic decision-making through Successful Intelligence and Cognitive flexibility. The sample of this study consists of (193) from post-graduate Students in the Faculty of Education at Sohag University. The age of participants ranged from 21-39 years with average (24.08) and standard deviation (2.85). Data was collected through academic decision-making scale, Successful Intelligence scale, and cognitive Flexibility scale after verifying their psychometric properties. Mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression were used to analysis the data.    Findings of the current study showed that post-graduate Students have mean level of academic decision-making, cognitive flexibility, and successful Intelligence.  Also, results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between academic decision-making and cognitive flexibility and its dimensions. Also, results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between academic decision-making and successful intelligence and its types. In addition, the results of multiple linear regression showed that the alternative dimension of cognitive flexibility can be a predictor of academic decision-making, while the control dimension of cognitive flexibility cannot be a predictor academic decision-making. Also, the results of multiple linear regression showed that both of analytical and practical intelligences can be a predictor of academic decision-making, while creative intelligence cannot be a predictor academic decision-making.
