هدفت الدراسة إلى إجراء تحليل بعدي لنتائج (60) دراسة في مجال القيادة في الفترة من (2012 – 2022), بينت النتائج أن أكثر المتغيرات التابعة التي استهدفتها الدراسات السابقة تمثلت في الذكاء العاطفي حيث اشتملت على 5 دراسات بواقع 12.8% , كما أفادت النتائج أن كلا من المنهج (المنهج الوصفي, والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي) كانا أكثر منهجين تم الاعتماد عليهما, حيث جاءت نسبتهما 17 %, في حين كان منهج التحليل البعدي, و المنهج المختلط هما أقل المناهج المستخدمة في الدراسة والبحث حيث تم الاعتماد على كل منهما بنسبة 2.1%, علاوة على ذلك أفادت النتائج أن  أكثر العينات التي تم تناولها بالدراسة والتطبيق العملي كانت من فئة المديرين حيث بلغت نسبة الاعتماد عليها بعدد 17 دراسة, كما تفيد النتائج أن أكثر الأدوات المستخدمة تمثلت في الاستبيان بمعدل 21 دراسة بما يعادل نسبة 33.9%, وأن أقل الأدوات المستخدمة تمثلت في استطلاع الرأي, ومقياس سمة القيادة, واستمارة التقييم الذاتي حيث جاءت كل منها بدراسة واحدة بنسبة 1.6%. The study aimed at a Meta - Analysis of the results of (60) studies in the field of leadership in the years (2012 - 2022), The results showed that the most dependent variables in the previous studies were emotional intelligence, which included 5 studies with a rate of 12.8%, The results also indicated that (the descriptive approach, and the analytical descriptive approach) were the most reliable methodologies, and their percentage came to 17%, while the Meta - Analysis method, and the mixed method were the least used methods, where the percentage of each of them was 2.1%.  And that most of the samples were from the directors, which amounted to 17 studies. The most used tools were the questionnaire, with an average of 21 studies, equivalent to 33.9%, and the least used tools were (opinion poll, leadership trait scale, and self-assessment form), each of which came with one study with a rate of 1.6%.
