يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية التدريب القائم على جلسات العصف الذهني الالكتروني لتنمية مفاهيم تسويق خدمات المعلومات المكتبية لدي اخصائي المعلومات، وقد تم الاعتماد على التصميم التجريبي القبلي والبعدي، وقد أشتمل البحث على مجموعة واحدة تجريبية تدرس باستخدام استراتيجية العصف الذهني الالكتروني، وتكونت عينة البحث من (47) اخصائي من اخصائي المكتبات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية بجنوب القاهرة. وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى ≤ 0.05 بين متوسطي التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية التدريب القائم على جلسات العصف الذهني الالكتروني عند مستوي ≤ 1.2 في تنمية مفاهيم تسويق خدمات المعلومات لدى أخصائي المكتبات المدرسية. The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of training based on electronic brainstorming sessions to develop the concepts of marketing office information services for the information specialist. From (47) school librarians in secondary schools in southern Cairo. The results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of ≤ 0.05 between the mean of the pre and post application of the achievement test, and the results also revealed the effectiveness of training based on electronic brainstorming sessions at a level of ≤ 1.2 in developing the concepts of marketing information services for school librarians.
