هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد قيم العمل التطوعي والتي يجب توافرها لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة، وتعرف درجة ممارستها لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة تحت إشراف الجامعة وتحت إشراف مؤسسات أخرى، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة وتطبيقها على عينة من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى:
أن هناك إحدى عشرة قيمة من قيم العمل التطوعي التي يجب تعزيزها لدى طلاب كلية التربية هي: التعاون مع الآخرين- التعاطف - تحمل المسؤولية- المثابرة-الإيثار-الشورى-التخطيط- الإخلاص- روح المبادرة - التنظيم - التواصل.
كانت أكثر قيم العمل التطوعي ممارسة لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة تحت إشراف الجامعة هي: الإيثار والتعاطف والشورى والتخطيط.
كانت أكثر قيم العمل التطوعي ممارسة لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة تحت إشراف مؤسسات أخرى الإخلاص والتعاطف والتعاون والمثابرة.
The present study aims to determine the most important values of volunteer work, which must be met by students of the College of Education at Majmaah University, in addition to defining the practice of students of the College of Education at Majmaah University for volunteer work values under the supervision of the university and under the supervision of other institutions, and the study relied on the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was built and applied to A sample of students from the College of Education at Majmaah University. The study found:
There are eleven of the values of voluntary work that must be promoted among students of the College of Education: cooperation with others - sympathy - responsibility - perseverance - altruism - Shura - planning - sincerity - entrepreneurship - institutional - communication with volunteer societies.
The most valuable values of volunteer work among students of the College of Education at Majmaah University under the supervision of the university were: altruism, sympathy, counseling and planning.
The most valuable values of volunteer work were practiced by students of the College of Education at Majmaah University under the supervision of other institutions loyalty, sympathy, cooperation and perseverance.
