This study was conducted in Bardawill lagoon during the fishing season 2021. 991 specimens of the green tiger shrimp, Penaeus semisulcatus were collected from different sites in the lagoon. Their growth , mortality and exploitation rate were studied. The results indicated the presence of four size groups with the percentages 21.31, 33.64, 29.9, and 10.4% corresponding to individuals with mean carapace lengths 2.33, 2.81, 3.26, and 3.74 cm, respectively. The growth pattern of shrimp, P. semisulcatus was negative allometric with b value equals to 2.719. The growth parameters of von Bertalanffy, asymptotic length (L∞) equal  5.78cm CL and  growth coefficient (K) was 1.1 per year using  the ELEFAN I program in FiSatt II program. The total asymptotic mortality (Z) of shrimp was 5.78/year,  while the natural mortality rate (M)  was  2.83/year  and fishing mortality (F) was 2.95/year. The the exploitation rate (E) for this species was estimated at 0.51.
