This study aimed to identify Digital Transformation Practices of the Members stuff and the Graduate Students at Mansoura University in terms of their awareness of the digital transformation policy and the university's support for it, and their practices in: information management, use of information, information culture, information empowerment, information literacy, digital literacy, and self-efficacy. The study relied on the ddescriptive research method as its general framework with the use of Analytical and comparison styles. The study used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study sample was 346 with 221 graduate students (63.9%), 125 members stuff (36.1%). Among the most important findings of the study: the percentage of those interested in the university's digital transformation policy reached 65%, and the category of professors came at the top of the interested groups with 89%. It was found that the infrastructure at Mansoura University needs some kind of support and development. The great interest in the practices of the members stuff and the graduate students related to digital transformation at the university was shown with high approval rates (use of information 77.1%, information literacy 74.9%, information empowerment 63.6%, information management 62.1%, self-efficacy 59.7%, digital literacy 57.8%, information culture 55.5%). The most important recommendations of the study were that the university should establish an independent unit to manage digital transformation. The University should develop a clear policy and vision for digital transformation, and should work on the spread of digital transformation culture in addition to developing advanced technical infrastructure.
