Digital audiobooks distributed on the Internet are witnessing a huge boom in all countries of the world, especially after the emergence of self-publishing platforms for audiobooks, which have greatly contributed to the increase in sales of audiobooks. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on platforms for self-publishing audio books, and evaluate their services. It also monitors the conditions for publishing audio books on these platforms. This study was applied on six platforms; It is (ACX- Kobo Writing Life- Findaway Voices- Soundwise - Author's Republic- Kotobna) using the descriptive approach. The study reached many results, including: The narrator has a major role in the process of producing an audiobook; it is his main product; Therefore, the ACX, Author's Republic, and Findaway Voices platforms provided the narrator to the author, and connected them. It also allowed the sharing of intellectual property between the author and the narrator, and allowed authors and narrators to prepare pages for them on their website to facilitate the communication process. These platforms are authors and narrators with their conditions until the publication and distribution of the work is accepted through them, and it turns out that the conditions are similar in all companies, and this is due to the fact that the distribution and sale platforms are all similar with differences in the numbers of distribution platforms affiliated to each platform.
