This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of students of the Library and Information Program at the Faculty of Arts - Ain Shams University with the mission and objectives of the program, the performance of academic leadership, the educational building and workshops, the college library, academic advising, teaching and learning methods, and targeted learning outcomes. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The data collection tools were represented in the questionnaire distributed to the study sample (121 male and female students) with a rate of (38%), and among the most important results of the study: that the percentage of general satisfaction of students with the program amounted to (60%), and the percentage of students' satisfaction with the program's message and objectives reached (75%),With regard to assessing academic leadership, the percentage of satisfaction reached (80%),and their satisfaction with academic advising reached (74%) with academic courses (77%),and methods of teaching and learning (74%), and with regard to the intended learning outcomes, the percentage of satisfaction reached (75%).One of the most important recommendations of the study is the need to provide study laboratories for the students of the program, and the need for Internet service to be available in the halls designated for the program, and to increase interest in the college library, and to urge the program management to establish a database for graduates to communicate with them in developing and evaluating the program according to the requirements of the labor market.
