Giza and some of the lower Egypt governorates, whereas a sample of interviewees were chosen randomly from 253 agricultural editors working in them. The sample size amounted to 110 interviewees with Percentage amounting to about 43.5 percent Where in each of 010111 the condition of working a nentmurn of three years should exist. The in. terviewees wore chosen randomly from each location with the same pre‌rnenboned percentage.
