The main objective of this research was to (1) Identify the partic-ipation degree of the beneficiaries farmers in the extension activities in EL Boustan area, EL Noubaria Region (2) Determine the relationship be‌tween the degree of the farmers participation in the extension activities and some independent variables namely; age, educational degree of re‌spondents, degree of aspiration toward children in education , degree of social participation, degree of exposure to mass media, degree of gener‌al awareness, degree of opinion leadership, size of family, and average annual income. personal interviews. Data were collected by personal in‌terviews using a pretested questionnaire from three villages at EL - Bou‌stan area. The sample was randomly selected and represented 10 % of The total farmers. The data were analyzed statistically by using correla‌tion coefficient, multiple correlation and regression analysis, in addition to frequencies and percentages. The main findings were as follows: 1. The participation level of 56.6% of respondents was considered rela‌tively low in the extension activities. 2. The Correlation revealed that: a. A positive significant relation ship between farmers participation in the extension activities as s dependent variable and the independent vari-ables: educational degree, exposure to mass media degree, general awareness degree, opinion leadership degree, average annual income. b. A negative significant relationship between the dependent variable and family size. 3. The multiple correlation and regression analysis reveled that the total number of variables explained 43.14% of the total variance of the de-pendent variable.
