Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the effect of the artificial intelligence (AI) applications on improving University Senior students' academic writing skills and their logical thinking skills. The participants were all senior students major؛ Teaching English Language I and Teaching English language II. The researcher followed the quasi experimental approach.
