الملخص: إستهدفت الدراسة التوصل لتصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية الجدارات الوظيفية للعاملين بمؤسسات تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية، وتحديد واقع الجدارات الوظيفية لدى العاملين بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة أسيوط، وتعد من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية التي إعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة أسيوط وعددهم (150) موظف، وإستخدمت الدراسة إستمارة إستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع إمتلاك العاملين للجدارات القيادية جاء في المستوى المتوسط، والجدارات الإنتاجية في المستوى المرتفع، والجدارات الفنية (التقنية) في المستوى المتوسط، والجدارات الشخصية والسلوكية في المستوى المرتفع، كما وضعت الدراسة تصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية الجدارات الوظيفية للعاملين بمؤسسات تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية، وتوصي الدراسة بنشر الوعي لدى العاملين بمؤسسات تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية بمفهوم الجدارات الوظيفية وأهميتها وأبعادها ومتطلبات تطبيقها، وضع نظام للتقييمات الدورية للعاملين لمستوى الجدارات الوظيفية وفق متطلبات الوظيفة، وتدريب الموارد البشرية وتنمية مهاراتهم وتعريفهم بمواصفات الجدارات الوظيفية المناسبة لطبيعة عملهم، وضع برامج تدريبية متخصصة لتنمية الجدارات التقنية والجدارات القيادية لدى العاملين بمؤسسات تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية.

Abstract:
This study aimed to reach a proposed perception from the perspective of community organization method to develop the functional competencies of the employees in Social work education institutions, and to determine the reality of functional competencies among employees at the Faculty of Social work, Assiut University. It is considered one of the analytical descriptive studies that relied on the comprehensive social survey methodology for employees at the Faculty of Social work, Assiut University. Their numbered (150) employees, and the study used a questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data, The study concluded that employees possess leadership competencies are at the medium level, productive competencies are at the high level, technical competencies are at the medium level, and personal and behavioral competencies are at the high level, The study also developed a proposed perception from the perspective of community organization method to develop the functional competencies of the employees in Social work education institutions, The study recommends spreading awareness among employees in social work education institutions about the concept of functional competencies, Its importance, dimensions, and application requirements, developing a system for periodic evaluations of employees regarding the level of functional competencies according to job requirements, training human resources and developing their skills and introducing them to the specifications of functional competencies appropriate to the nature of their work, and developing specialized training programs to develop technical competencies and  Leadership competencies among functional in social work education institutions.
