ملخص البحث: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس جودة ممارسة التنمية المحلية في الجمعيات التطوعية. وقامت على فرض مؤداه يُمارس نموذج التنمية المحلية في الجمعيات التطوعية، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على الجمعيات التطوعية التي أقرت بأنها تهدف إلى ممارسة نموذج التنمية المحلية بناء على هدف النموذج وذلك بمركز ومدينة الفيوم. نوع الدراسة تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات التقويمية، وقد اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل. وتم تطبيق الدراسة باستخدام مقياس لجودة ممارسة التنمية المحلية في الجمعيات التطوعية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة التنمية المحلية لا تتم وفق تلك الأبعاد على الشكل المطلوب إنما بها العديد من أوجه القصور، وقد اتضح ذلك من خلال نتائج أبعاد الممارسة التي تم اختبارها، حيث تبين أن نتائج تسع أبعاد لا تتفق مع هدف ممارسة نموذج التنمية المحلية، مقابل نتائج خمس أبعاد تتفق معه بأوزان مختلفة. ويبدو من ذلك أن تلك الجمعيات لا تمارس نموذج التنمية المحلية إلا بدرجة قليلة ووفق بعض أبعاد الممارسة المحددة للنموذج وليس كلها. الكلمات المفتاحية: تنمية المجتمع، التنمية المحلية، الجمعيات التطوعية. Abstract: The study aimed to measure the quality of local development practice in the field of volunteer research. The study was applied to volunteer researchers, which became specific to the model of local development practice in the center and city of Fayoum. This study belongs to evaluative studies, and may depend on the social survey approach. The study was applied using a measure of the quality of local training in the field of volunteer research. The study concluded that local development does not specify these dimensions on the basis of what is required except with many formal shortcomings, and this is concluded through the results of the impact, as it reached results of nine dimensions that are not consistent with the goal of practicing the local development model, and their results vary in size. There is a need for these researchers to not use the local development model unless some but not all of the model's effects are successful.
