ملخص البحث
يناقش هذا البحث المسئولية المجتمعية ويوضح أهمية العمل التطوعى بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، لذلك تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، حيث تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتحديد العلاقة بين المسئولية المجتمعية (كمتغير مستقل)، وتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي بالهلال الأحمر المصري بمحافظة بنى سويف (كمتغير تابع)، وذلك من خلال الاستشهاد في هذا الوصف والتحليل بمعطيات الإطار النظري ونتائج الإطار الميداني للدراسة، واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمتطوعين بجمعية الهلال الأحمر المصري فرع بني سويف وعددهم (170) مفردة. ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى تقبل الفرض الأول للدراسة والذي مؤداه " من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى المسئولية المجتمعية بالهلال الأحمر المصري مرتفعاً ". وتقبل الفرض الثاني للدراسة والذي مؤداه " من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى مهارات العمل التطوعي بالهلال الأحمر المصري مرتفعاً " ، أما بالنسبة للفرض الثالث للدراسة والذي مؤداه " توجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائياً بين المسئولية المجتمعية وتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي بالهلال الأحمر المصري " ، واخيرا نقبل الفرض الرابع للدراسة والذي مؤداه " لا توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات المتطوعين الذكور والإناث بالنسبة لتحديدهم لمستوى المسئولية المجتمعية بالهلال الأحمر المصري ".

Abstract:
This research discusses social responsibility and clarifies the importance of volunteer work in organizations. Therefore, this study belongs to the type of descriptive studies. Therefore, the current study aims to determine the relationship between social responsibility (as an independent variable) and developing volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent in Beni Suef Governorate (as a dependent variable), through This description and analysis cited data from the theoretical framework and the results of the field framework of the study. The study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for volunteers at the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, Beni Suef Branch, who numbered (170). The study reached acceptance of the first hypothesis of the study, which states: “It is expected that the level of social responsibility in the Egyptian Red Crescent will be high." The second hypothesis of the study is accepted, which states: “It is expected that the level of volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent will be high." As for the third hypothesis of the study, which states: “There is a direct, statistically significant, and effective relationship between social responsibility and the development of volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent." Finally, we accept the hypothesis. The fourth of the study, which states: “There are no significant, statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female volunteers regarding their determination of the level of social responsibility in the Egyptian Red Crescent."
